How do I schedule a session?

How much do sessions cost?
All of the counselors and therapists listed on our Counselors Page are independent contractors and set their own rates, take a look at their profiles. Counseling generally costs anywhere from $70 to $120 per session, but we also have programs to help people who cannot afford counseling.
How long are sessions?
Counseling sessions are generally 45 to 50 minutes per session. Sometimes intake sessions or EMDR/A.R.T. sessions are longer. Check with your counselor.
Do I have to share the same religious beliefs as the counselor to receive services?
No. Everyone is welcome at Renew Hope Counseling Network. Our counselors provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. Many counselors also offer faith-informed counseling for those who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process.
What are your counselor’s qualifications and credentials?
Counselors and therapists are Licensed by the Florida 491 Board as Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, or Licensed Clinical Social Workers, or they are Registered Interns actively working toward full licensure.
Where are your counselors located?
Our network includes counselors located throughout Volusia County and surrounding areas. Many offer in-person appointments, telehealth services, or both. Please refer to each counselor’s profile for their office location and available appointment options.
Do you offer online (tele-mental health) sessions?
Many of the counselors and therapists do offer online telehealth counseling.
Record Requests?
All counselors and therapists associated with Renew Hope Counseling Network are Independent Contractors and custodians of their own records. Please make your requests for records are sent to your counselor directly.
